New report needed to show conflicts between max capacity and estimated attendance.

Need a report that will assist with showing any conflicts in locations that were previously set as a larger capacity that have now been changed due to COVID-19. Can not find a report that shows these conflicts. Needed beyond COVID response as well.

We would need to also be able to run it by Default Layout Capacity since that is what we use.
