Room Diagrams Per Event - Available on Reports
For events that have a setup that necessitate a one-off room diagram we attach a PDF version to each event record. I then attach that PDF when I send out confirmations and CC in our folks from facilities so they know what needs to be set.
It would be great if there was any way that room diagrams could be included on the Daily Requirement and Resource Setup (or similar) report. I don’t know if that would mean needing a new specific file upload section (as opposed to just the existing “Attached Files” section, only specific file types could be used, image size restrictions, etc.), but that would definitely simplify things on our end a great deal.

Binaya JoshiCreighton University utilizes the Social Tables application outside 25Live for the room setup diagram. This is then emailed separately to each client based on event needs. It would be simply outstanding if there were a way to integrate Social tables or similar applications within 25Live to get a room setup diagram.
