Open/close times sorted by building rather than location

When a security officer has to lock or unlock rooms, it is good to know when the earliest and latest events for an entire building are scheduled.

I use the lock unlock times report for the Building and have a location that is just the building with normal hours listed. I run a report lock unlock with all types and all locations spaces (normally dept and GUC) report that shows if they go over or under those location hours. The two asterisks with the exception show if the location is scheduled outside of the normal location times.
I would love to have location settings layouts that can change for summer hours and ones that have automatic door locks, to show only when they could be open and closed by date. So if the location is used normally 9-10 and 11-12 and 4-5 I can say leave location open from 9:00 - 12:00 add a buffer of 30 minutes each way yo lock and again from 4:00-5:00 with a buffer of 30 minutes each way. Right now I set it to open at 8:30 by scheduling a door unlock time and lock time of 5:30 after last event. I really need availability to show open from 7 am to 10 pm so it can be requested at anytime.
